Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility and age

The Service is intended only for adults who are legally allowed to purchase and use tobacco products where they live. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

We do not intend the Service for anyone who cannot legally view tobacco-related content. If that is you, please do not use the site.

Accounts and sign-in

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others; post hate speech, threats, or explicit content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or other users accounts
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service

User content and ratings

If you submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other material (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You represent that you have the right to grant the license above and that your content does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove or moderate content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate for the community, at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Privada Cigar Club or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Trademarks, trade names, and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law or as needed for normal personal use of the Service in a browser.

Third-party services and links

The Service may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party sign-in or commerce tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Ratings, scores, articles, and critic summaries are for informational and entertainment purposes. They are not medical, legal, or professional advice. Tobacco use carries health risks; consult qualified professionals for health questions.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Privada Cigar Club and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), if you have not paid us. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
